1. How do we collect and use your personal data

(1) Information you provide directly and we collect automatically

  • Account registration information and contact information: name, business-email address, phone number and payment information.
  • Device information: device type, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages visited, timestamps, and error logs.
  • Usage and analytics data: inputs (e.g., prompts, queries), telemetry, logs, performance data, usage metrics, and other technical data.
  • Local storage permissions: local storage files, such as photos, video reading and writing, local file reading and writing, before obtaining the corresponding permission, we will request your permission.

From social media or other public channels: If you interact with us through social media services, log in to the social media account you use or other public channels, we will get your information (profile picture, nickname, phone number, region) from the social media platform.

We process the information on the legal basis of contract performance, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent, for the following purposes: service delivery and support, service Integrity, service improvement and research, personalization, product updates and limited marketing, business continuity and security, legal and regulatory compliance, auditing, accounting, and corporate governance, dispute resolution and legal defense.

3. How do we save and share your personal data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy or as required by applicable law, including: providing and improving our services, complying with legal and regulatory obligations and resolving disputes or enforcing agreements.

We share your personal data with Infrastructure Providers and Third-Party AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini, for prompt processing) as necessary to provide Services. We may also share your information with third parties for business purposes, such as to enable them to provide services on our behalf or to assist us in analyzing how the Services are used. These shares are governed by their privacy policies.
